Unfortunately, the gourmet market items on display aren't for sale, but the pros at the various stations will gladly share their wisdom and let you sample some goodies. As a starter, the butternut soup with oyster mushrooms is spot on. It's velvety in texture and sharp in taste without being too rich. Bottom line: Eating at Market is tasty and tons of fun.

This Shorecrest spot is the place to go when a caviar, escargot or pate craving hits. It's not cheap, but the best never is.
