CinéBistro is an eatery inside the Cobb movie theater at Dolphin Mall. Diners reserve advance movie tickets, arrive 30 minutes before start time, order food, and eat before the movie begins. They can also order during the movie; they're given a buzzer to alert them when food is ready. Service is quick and attentive; waiters take your order within a minute after you sit down. The seats are large and comfortable, but the tray table is airplane-sized. Outside the theater, patrons can order drinks at CinéBistro's full-service bar. The atmosphere is posh and glamorous, and the drinks prices reflect that. There's an eclectic menu, with flavors from Italy, Latin America, the Middle East, and the States. Of note are the penne fra diavolo ($13.50), which features al dente pasta tossed in a spicy tomato sauce with fresh mozzarella and basil. Finish your meal with the guayaba con queso empanadas ($8), which are plated with passion fruit pulp, cilantro syrup, and coconut foam. Less recommended dishes include the barbecue pork rib stack ($17.50) and the sweet-and-spicy wings ($10.50) - they are messy, and the food gets bussed only after the show. Overall, CinéBistro provides a unique entertainment experience that doesn't come cheap.
