Thanks to Florida's Lax COVID-19 Restrictions, Spring Breakers Flock to Miami Beach

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, thousands of spring breakers have flocked to Florida to enjoy the warm weather. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis lifted most business restrictions in September, allowing bars and restaurants to open with at-capacity indoor seating.
