Closer Look: Phuc Yea in Miami's MiMo District

At this inviting 110-seater in the Biscayne Boulevard space once occupied by Moonchine Asian Bistro, the owners Partners Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata seem at home. You can hear it in the late-’90s hip-hop that bumps over the sound system. You can smell it in the half-Cajun, half-Vietnamese seafood boils circling the dining room.
