At this inviting 110-seater in the Biscayne Boulevard space once occupied by Moonchine Asian Bistro, the owners Partners Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata seem at home. You can hear it in the late-’90s hip-hop that bumps over the sound system. You can smell it in the half-Cajun, half-Vietnamese seafood boils circling the dining room. Most important, you can taste it in the nostril-flaring hits of fish sauce permeating nearly every plate.
